How owners use the admin

Each day

  1. Open POS and tap Start of day with the cash float.
  2. Take bookings and till sales. Cash, card and gift totals update as you go.
  3. If someone cancels, matching waitlist people get an email to take the gap.
  4. Run a shift check any time if you want a snapshot.
  5. End of day: count the drawer, record any short or over, till resets.

Set the business up

  1. Business settings, hours, address (map) and Call & WhatsApp.
  2. Add staff (tick till / bookings if they should use the desk without being a manager), services and product stock.
  3. Add chairs or rooms if two people share a station; pick the type on those services.
  4. Turn on two-factor under Sign-in security. Paste PayPal / Stripe keys if you take money online.
  5. Share apoynt.co.uk/booknow/yourbusiness — spaces in the name are removed.
