These terms apply to apoynt.co.uk and the hosted Apoynt service. English law applies. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.

Accounts

You must give accurate details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account and for content you put on your booking page.

Plans

Paid plans renew monthly or yearly as you choose until you cancel. The 14-day trial is free. Fees are shown at checkout and are in GBP unless stated otherwise.

Acceptable use

Do not use Apoynt for unlawful work, spam, or to store card data outside the payment provider. We may suspend an account that puts the platform or other users at risk.

Liability

We provide the platform with reasonable care. We are not liable for lost bookings caused by your internet, your content, or events outside our control. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
